For many of us, the days are getting shorter with darkness setting in early. Keep this in mind if you are an evening outdoor exerciser. Wear bright-colored clothing or items with reflectors so drivers know you’re there. Avoid busy streets at dusk or right after work. You may want to consider exercising in the morning after the sun comes up or in the later afternoon. Or look into joining a gym or switching to the at-home exercises included in your NutriSystem work-out DVD.
